History

Auntie El’s has been a Rockland County landmark for generations. Founded by local residents Karl and Elena Schlademan in 1982, Auntie El’s provides a variety of delicious onsite fresh baked goods, gluten free and organic products, nursery plants and decor, as well as a vast selection of eclectic vintage collectables and antiques.

Historic Landmark

Their fresh produce, famous pies, truffles, cookies,breads, jams and jellies, propane filling station and wonderful homemade dog treats has made Auntie El’s a historic landmark attraction for Sloatsburg area residents and visitors alike.  

Samson and Goliath

Auntie El’s includes two wonderful, family friendly, dogs named Samson and Goliath who’ve become a big attraction to both children and adults. Philanthropic in nature, Samson and Goliath want you to know that 5% of all proceeds of the sale of master baker Gina Gregorio’s dog biscuits are donated to the ASPCA.

Yankee Propane Filling Station

Le Cafe is a restaurant, bar and coffee roastery located on a busy corner site. With glazed frontage on two sides of the building, overlooking the market and a bustling France intersection.
